A lecture given within the eighteenth cultural season of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the State of Qatar. In it, Sheikh, may God have mercy on him, deals with the Muslim’s responsibility for the reform of society, its legitimacy, its horizons and evidence, how a Muslim does it, its effects, and the difference in its amount between a Muslim and another.
